Chili Powder

2 teaspoons paprika
1 t cayenne powder
1 t crushed red pepper
2 t oregano (mexican if you can find it)
4 t garlic powder
2 t ground cumin seeds
2 t toasted ground cumin seeds (in a dry, hot, skillet until they "pop")

Combine all in spice grinder, process until fine powder. Store in airtight container. Makes about 4 Tablespoons.
